Full papers/presentations

This page is for submitting the full-text version of your paper and/or presentation that you want to share with the conference participants (it is optional). And subsequently, the conference participants will be able to read the papers or presentations prior, or during the conference.

Uploading presentations: Upload PDF version of your presentation. It can be an extended version, or a version with notes or comments. Name the created pdf file accordingly: Your-paper-short-title_presentation_ESREA2025.pdf

Uploading full-paper:

1. Prepare your paper in a layout using the following template. The maximum limit for an individual paper is 3.000 words and for a symposium it is 4.500 words, including references. The maximum limit of references is 20.
2. Text files or pdf files are accepted formats.
3. Name the created file accordingly: Your-paper-short-title_paper_ESREA2025.pdf (or .docx)
4. If you want your paper to be included in the competition for the best PhD paper, please, name you file starting with “PhD-award_…” (e.g., “PhD-award_Dialogue-as-conflict_paper_ESREA2025.pdf“).

Note: In order to make the submitted paper/presentation easily searchable in the Book of Abstracts, or the conference programme, if possible, start your short title with the same first word (excl. articles “a” or “the”) as is the title of your presentation registered for the conference’s programme.

Reading presentations or papers before or during the conference: Files submitted will be made available to read via a repository. During September, all participants registered for the conference will receive an email with a link to access the repository. (Note that short abstracts of all presentations are available in the Book of Abstracts – see title page.)
